- At the end of the validity period, if a customer has any remaining minutes and/or data, it will be forfeited. However, if a customer re-purchases the same pack within the validity period, the minutes and/or data will be added and the validity will be updated accordingly
- After expiration (Volume or Validity) of every internet pack maximum PayGo charge will be 6.0875 Taka (inclusive VAT, SD & SC)
- Unused Minute & Data Volume will be carried forward if the customer purchases the same pack within the active validity period

- "GP- Any local operator” denotes domestic network calls only (GP-other mobile operators, GP-PSTN & GP-IPTSP) excluding any short code calls. This minute is not applicable on call divert/call forward tariff. Regular product package tariff will be applicable while call divert/forward feature works.
