Campaign details: Once you recharge TK 324 or TK104 your number, you will receive the insurance activation SMS & Bundle benefits. Life Insurance policy will be generated on the registered mobile number of the customer. Subsequently, you can fill in your address and nominee details on Health plus App or SMS.

• Subscribers will be able to avail the life Insurance death benefit of Tk. 100,000 for any cause except suicide and HIV (AIDS), STD, and incurable disease. Accidental death benefit of Tk. 1,00,000 for any accident cause except Murder/Homicide
• After Recharge TK324 or TK104 Customer Need to wait 30 Mins for Insurance Activation confirmation
• Customer Need to fill up Nomine information in APP/WAP/SMS/USSD
• The Age of customer insurance coverage is 18-60 years
• If a customer purchase same bundle many times insurance activation time will update accordingly
• One NID holder can avail the complimentary benefit of insurance policy from one Robi number during the coverage period.
• If customer Buy both bundle highest validity will be considered & user will get maximum 1 lakh Taka Life insurance coverage, though user purchased the pack multiple times.
• After Purchasing the Bundle by Recharge or USSD user will get related all information in SMS
• For Bundle related query and offer details customer need to call Robi call center or Visit App and web link shared in SMS
• For insurance and Heath plus validity/Claim other details related query customer can check by themselves by visiting app and web or call to 284777
• Nominee Must be select from customer MSISDN before the incident (Death)
• Terms and condition apply for insurance & Claim service as per modality.
• Insurance hotline available (9am-10pm) except Friday and govt. holiday
