Hero is a familiar name in the motorcycle industry. For more than a decade, Hero has been coming to the market of Bangladesh with all the great motorcycles or bikes as gifts. The latest addition of Hero brand in Bangladesh market is Hero Thriller 160R, which is a Sports category bike. Hero has always been a bit conservative about their bike design, as evidenced by the Hero Hunk and Hero Extreme. However, Hero has tried to present this bike model as a complete sports bike by overcoming all the conservatism.

- Hero has used a completely new design 163cc engine in their new Thriller 160R bike, which uses FI technology and multiple sensors at the same time to make the engine operation more smooth.

- Thriller 160R bike uses Inverted LCD Console, which has modern features like Side Stand Engine Cut-Off.

The Hero Thriller 160R bike uses a 163cc FI engine, which is air cooled, 4 Stroke 2 Valve Single cylinder OHC. The bike is capable of generating a maximum power of 15.3 PS @ 8500 rpm and a maximum torque of 14 Nm @ 6500 rpm. The maximum speed of the bike is about 125 Kmph, and its mileage is 40 Kmpl.
